With locations across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Colorado, they have been providing excellent construction services for over 30 years to a wide variety of industries including: Professional Office, Healthcare/Medical, Commercial/Retail, Senior Living Facilities, Aggregate/Industrial, Restaurant, Financial Institutions, and Tenant Improvement.
 

Objectives

Hoeft desired growth. They understood their capabilities to be on-par and superior to the current market leaders, and they struggled to overtake this competition. Their top priority in 2011 was modernizing an outdated brand and website, with an end goal to grow their business overall. Looking to take their larger competitors head-on, they knew their overall look & feel, as well as their messaging, needed a refresh and refocus to succeed.

When Hoeft came to us with outdated messaging, unfocused customer efforts, and dated sales materials, it was easy to see the brand experience wasn’t doing their capabilities justice. We worked with Hoeft to evolve the brand from drab and uninviting to a more engaging and vibrant look, creating a brand that reflects their approachable and makes them competitive with the industry leaders.

STRATEGIC WEBSITE PLAN

Hoeft’s previous website struggled to show case studies and was built using a non-mobile format, along with a side navigation, taking up a large amount of the site’s prime real estate. Since they cater to a wide variety of different industries, they needed an easy-to-navigate website to showcase client work. We created a component to easily segment and present industry work to prospective client, as well as dedicated areas for those visitors to connect with information about how Hoeft serves their industry.

ONGOING MARKETING ASSISTANCE

Since the launch of their website in 2013, Hoeft Builders has worked with us to increase their rankings on major Search Engines. Hoeft is now ranking in the top three results for many industry-specific keywords.

In addition to search marketing, Hoeft has partnered with Satellite Six to continue to deliver strategic assistance and additional brand-cohesive materials, including brochures, proposal book templates, banners, display advertising, and more.
