Dircks Concrete Services felt their reputation was hindered by their brand’s failure to “look the part,” and were at times not seriously considered for work which they were extremely qualified to complete.

They were also at a huge disadvantage to their competitors as their website had little capability beyond providing a basic services list and contact information. Their goals were to update their brand identity, positioning, and messaging, and create a new website to better communicate their values and capabilities.

In collaboration with Dircks Concrete Services, Satellite Six identified their key market audiences, and what advantages Dircks can offer them. Additional opportunities not yet capitalized on were identified, and an analysis of potential challenges was developed, leading into a strategic brand and website plan.

BRAND & WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Dircks’ new visual identity was created to portray strength, power, masculinity, and grit – but also contained enough structure to communicate trust and professionalism. The new identity was designed to appeal to their target audiences identified in Phase 1 and improve the perception of the Dircks brand to align with the expectations of industry decision makers.

With the evolution of the Dircks’ brand identity, a new website was designed to communicate Dircks’ positioning in the marketplace and to maximize results from the core audiences developed during the strategic planning stage. The site contains a clear overview of the Dircks Difference and their three step process, along with proof of their capabilities through case studies. Clear buttons and call to actions move visitors through the site and encourage visitors to contact Dircks for more information or to get a bid.

INBOUND MARKETING STRATEGY

Working closely with Dircks Concrete, Satellite Six continues to develop inbound lead generation and further develop marketing systems on behalf of the company. KPIs include growing their email list, building referral opportunities, and generating project bids for high-end industrial sites.
