STRATEGIC BRANDING PLAN

Satellite Six worked with Drylock Technologies to take a deep dive into the profile of potential applicants. Brand identity and messaging were developed to differentiate Drylock as an outstanding employer, speak to the frustrations of job seekers, and address their lifestyle and interests.

PHASE 2

CONVERSION FUNNEL OPTIMIZATION

Working closely with Drylock, Satellite Six developed a conversion funnel that targeted cold audiences. Facebook and Google Ads were utilized to dynamically display ads based on each user’s step in the customer journey.

Retargeting and lead generation tactics were then employed to convert warm audiences into email subscribers and increase application flow.

The result was a tripled number of unique page views and a massive increase in monthly applicant flow. Not only did the number of applicants increase, but also the quality of hired employees, thanks to the larger pool of applicants.

MICROSITE & CONTENT MARKETING

Drylock’s microsite was developed to capture the attention of potential applicants and have further control of the customer journey.

Employee profiles, video production, and lead generation were used in tandem with content marketing to provide value to warm audiences and increase engagement and conversions on the Drylock website.
